Exactly what do I get each month?

This depends on your package. We have two options: one for comprehensive Instagram management and another for daily posting with outreach.

You'll get a full strategy, content calendar with a mix of static posts, carousels, and reels (we handle editing, captions, and covers). Plus story templates, monthly analytics reports, and a rolling bank of hooks you can repurpose.

When can we get started?

Our onboarding process takes 6 weeks because we don't believe in rushing good work. The first two weeks are spent getting to know you and your business - auditing your current content, clarifying your messaging, and analysing your competitors. Then we build your content strategy, refine your visual identity, and plan your first month of content.

The final phase is implementation: creating content, getting your approval, and scheduling everything ready to go live.

Do I still have to be in the DMs and comments?

Depends on your package. With our basic option, community management stays with you. With our comprehensive package, we handle comments, DMs, and daily outreach to 5 new ideal clients.

Either way, you're never left managing everything yourself.

When should I expect to see results?

We require a minimum 3-month commitment because real transformation takes time. You should see engagement improvements within 30 days, but qualified enquiries typically come once we have a full buyer journey in place (6-10 weeks).

Can I make amendments to the content?
